Terrazze Residence is located on the seafront in the centre of Alassio and a stones throw away from the pier.
Soundproofed rooms, air-conditioned are equipped with every comfort. Large common terraces and a solarium are available for all guests, as a to the sea promenade, gym, sauna and aesthetic booths of the “Joan Perfumery and Beauty Center”.
There are studio apartments with some sea views and some over looking the ‘Budello’, the old pedestrian shopping street below .
